HVAC System

Dedicated and separated HVAC system is established for Cephalosporin plant & Microbiology department to meet the GMP requirement.

Cephalosporin Unit

HVAC systems are provided from 6 separate air handling units as per Zone Plan, consisting 5 heating system, —- individual return fan, a individual exhaust fan, a individual de-humidifier, 2 individual wet de duster system; a individual chillers and a individual chilled water circulation pump.

Microbiology Department

HVAC systems are provided from  a separate air handling units as per Zone Plan, consisting a pre cooling system, 3 individual return fans.
